Robokidz is launching a new vertical — Electronic Components Sourcing & Trading — and we are looking for the person who will build it and run it as a business.

About Robokidz
Robokidz is a Pune-based education and technology group: turnkey STEM, Robotics and AI labs in schools, the Young Engineers' Academy (YEA) network of learning centres, and an import and trading business. Every lab, kit and centre we deliver runs on electronic components. We are now turning that sourcing capability into a standalone business serving both the group and external customers.

The Role
As Business Head, you will own the vertical end to end — suppliers, customers, P&L;, working capital and team. A blank sheet, founder backing, and full accountability for the numbers.

What You'll Own
• Business plan & P&L; — product categories, customer segments, pricing and margin model, and the revenue roadmap
• Supplier & import sourcing — authorised lines, direct manufacturer channels in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, vetted independent sources, and counterfeit-prevention checks




• Customers & key accounts — OEMs, EMS companies, design houses, R&D; labs and institutions; the full RFQ-to-collection cycle
• Operations & compliance — import documentation, customs, GST, BIS / WPC approvals where relevant, inventory, credit control and ERP / CRM
• Team & group synergies — hire and lead the team; consolidate the group's own component procurement as your anchor customer

What You Bring
• 12–18 years in electronic components — distribution, sourcing or trading
• At least 4–5 years leading a branch, region, product line or business against a revenue target
• Established relationships with OEM / EMS buyers and with component manufacturers and principals
• Hands-on import sourcing from Asia, and sound judgement on pricing, margins, credit and inventory
• Working knowledge of semiconductors, passives, electromechanical parts, sensors and modules
