As a Veeva / CRM Specialist you will lead client support work across data and analytics engineering, guiding the design, configuration, and maintenance of CRM solutions that help clients turn information into usable insights. As a Manager you will coach team members, direct work streams, and use sound judgment to move projects forward while balancing quality, timelines, and changing client needs. In this role at PwC, you will work within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, bringing together data science thinking and CRM platform knowledge to support analysis,



reporting, and business decisions across assigned client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leading Veeva and CRM data science workstreams for client support engagements, aligning analytics delivery to business needs and project timelines
• Managing project scope, planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams while balancing priorities and dependencies
• Developing predictive models, statistical analysis, and data visualizations to translate complex data into actionable insights for client teams
• Reviewing data quality, data pipelines, and data modeling approaches to support reliable analytics and reporting outputs
• Coaching team members on data science workflows, analytical methods, and use of AI-enabled tools to strengthen delivery capabilities
• Applying machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning techniques to solve business problems
