About the RoleWe are looking for a MedTech Field Sales Executive who is confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales and direct customer interactions.
The role involves identifying potential customers, developing relationships with healthcare stakeholders, presenting MedTech products/solutions, generating leads, conducting field visits, and supporting the sales cycle from initial interaction through follow-up and closure.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics,



healthcare institutions, laboratories, and other relevant customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant MedTech products and solutions.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
• Follow up with prospective customers and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product information, demonstrations, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments within the assigned territory.
