Job Description
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team in Dwarka, Delhi.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products and services and converting qualified leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
• Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales or Telesales preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Hindi and English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales targets
• Basic computer knowledge
• Self-motivated, confident and result-oriented
