Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in GRC/IRM, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Security Operations (SecOps). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support risk management, compliance, security operations, and business process automation.
✅ Mandatory: Hands-on ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience and solid ServiceNow development/coding skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Develop ServiceNow customizations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.




• Build integrations and workflow automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Create dashboards, reports, and support end-to-end solution delivery.

Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM, TPRM, Risk Management, and Policy & Compliance.
• Strong ServiceNow development skills and JavaScript expertise.
• Experience in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, Catalog Items, and platform customizations.
• Positive understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
