About the Role

Decorpot Interiors is looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers through assigned leads, understand their requirements, and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.





The candidate will also be responsible for following up with customers and ensuring that scheduled meetings are successfully conducted.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

•⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to assigned leads and prospective customers.
•⁠ ⁠Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about Decorpot Interiors’ services.
•⁠ ⁠Qualify leads based on customer interest, requirements, and availability.
•⁠ ⁠Fix meetings/appointments between prospective customers and the Sales Team.
•⁠ ⁠Follow up with customers to confirm scheduled appointments.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure scheduled meetings are conducted.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and meeting status.
•⁠ ⁠Follow up with leads who are interested but not immediately ready for a meeting.
•⁠ ⁠Achieve assigned calling, appointment-setting, and follow-up targets.
