Role Description This is a part-time LIC Agent role suitable for individuals who are employed elsewhere or self-employed, and is structured as a full-time commitment in terms of responsibilities and performance expectations. The position is hybrid, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities such as client follow-ups, policy servicing, and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, explaining life insurance products,



recommending suitable plans based on client needs, and assisting with policy applications and renewals. The LIC Agent will maintain ongoing customer relationships, provide after-sales service, support claim processes, and stay updated on LIC policies, regulations, and marketing initiatives. The role requires consistent target-oriented work, participation in training sessions, and adherence to LIC’s ethical and compliance standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills, with the ability to identify prospects and convert leads into policyholders.
• Knowledge of Insurance products and basic understanding of Finance to explain policy features, premiums, advantages, and returns clearly.
