About the Role

AVGC Studios is looking for an International Business Development professional who can build and convert a pipeline of international clients for our E-Learning and Digital Learning services.
This is primarily a current-client acquisition role. The candidate will be expected to independently identify prospects, initiate conversations, understand learning requirements, pitch relevant solutions, negotiate commercials and convert opportunities into paying clients.
The person will work closely with our internal Creative and Production teams, who will execute projects after onboarding.

• Instructional design and storyboarding
• SCORM/xAPI-ready learning content and LMS-compatible solutions
• Assessments, quizzes, simulations and interactive learning experiences
• Corporate training and digital learning content
• AI-enabled learning-content development
• Video, animation, motion graphics and multimedia learning solutions





Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new international business opportunities across E-Learning, EdTech, L&D; and corporate training.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline from scratch through account research, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals and other outbound channels.
• Identify relevant target accounts and decision-makers across corporate L&D; teams, EdTech companies, e-learning agencies and enterprises, including L&D; Heads, Learning Managers and Training Heads.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, budgets, timelines and buying processes.
• Pitch AVGC Studios' e-learning and digital learning capabilities to international prospects.
• Prepare and deliver capability presentations, proposals, quotations and project pitches in coordination with internal teams.
• Manage the complete sales journey from prospecting and first contact through follow-up, negotiation,
