Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries and leads received through chat, WhatsApp, website, and other online platforms.
• Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and destination choices.
• Recommend suitable holiday packages and travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
• Convert inbound chat enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and chat to close sales.
• Provide accurate information regarding packages, hotels, transportation, activities, inclusions, and exclusions.




• Prepare and share customized travel quotations with customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely responses.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a smooth pre-sales experience.
• Update lead status, customer information, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations and travel teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
• Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Achieve individual sales, conversion, and revenue targets.

Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in sales, travel sales, chat process, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong English communication and professional chat etiquette.
