About the Role
• We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to drive growth marketing, demand generation, brand awareness and customer engagement for a growing M&A; and private capital marketplace operating across Southeast Asia.
• The ideal candidate should have a solid background in B2B marketing, preferably within M&A;, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Financial Services, Fintech or B2B Marketplaces.
• This is a hands-on, commercially focused role requiring experience in lead generation, email marketing, campaign execution, AI-driven marketing and automation, with a focus on attracting business owners, investors, potential buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns focused on attracting business sellers, buyers, investors and strategic partners.
• Drive demand generation, lead acquisition and conversion through targeted digital and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage business newsletters, email campaigns, audience segmentation and automated lead-nurturing workflows.




• Create relevant marketing content, including market insights, industry reports, investment opportunities, buyer mandates and transaction highlights.
• Work closely with Business Development and Investment Banking teams to generate qualified leads and support commercial objectives.
• Develop presentations, brochures, case studies, pitch materials and sales collateral.
• Leverage AI tools, CRM systems and marketing automation to improve campaign effectiveness and productivity.
• Identify strategic partnerships and support webinars, industry events and co-marketing opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research and industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor marketing performance, lead conversion, campaign ROI and engagement using analytics and reporting tools.
