Customer Acquisition

Market research and analysis to identify prospective customers

Organizing customer loyalty programs and help in formulating targeting and pricing strategies

Interacting and negotiating business deals with corporates/relevant stake holders

Customer Relationship And Retention

Coordinating with current & future customers,



ensuring complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services rendered to customers

Responding to customer queries, grievances and providing timely information and redressal

Understand the customer needs and improve customer loyalty

Realizing Objectives

Forecasting sales and setting sales targets for subordinates.

Monitoring sales of subordinates inspiring them to achieve targets.

Achieving self-targets on sales.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills and presentation skills. Marketing and negotiating skills. Knowledge about leasing and latest trends and enhancement to the products in the market and ability to adapt to changes. Knowledge about legal and regulatory compliances
