SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
The Architect – Residential is responsible for supporting architectural design and execution of residential projects. The role ensures customer-centric layouts, statutory compliance, coordination with consultants, and timely delivery of drawings and design solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Support cost optimization through efficient residential design solutions
• Minimize design-related errors and rework
• Assist in value engineering exercises
• Contribute to cost-effective design delivery
Customer Perspective
• Support delivery of high-quality and customer-centric residential design outputs
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and consultants
• Assist in responding to client and authority queries
• Maintain skilled communication with stakeholders
Internal Process Perspective
• Prepare and develop concept and detailed design drawings for residential projects
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and landscape consultants
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Support statutory approval processes
• Assist in constructability and value engineering reviews
• Resolve design-related issues during execution
• Maintain design documentation and version control
