Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist – E-commerce

EGOT Technologies is looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of LinkedIn growth, paid campaigns, e-commerce acquisition, and conversion performance.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to plan campaigns, run them, analyse the numbers, test what works, and improve results across the funnel.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
1. LinkedIn Growth
- Build and execute LinkedIn growth strategies for company and leadership profiles.




- Plan content around industry insights, case studies, expertise, and business topics.
- Improve relevant audience growth, engagement, reach, and inbound opportunities.
- Research competitors, audiences, and content trends.
- Review performance regularly and adjust the strategy accordingly.
2. Paid Marketing
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Set up campaigns based on business goals such as traffic, leads, sales, and customer acquisition.
- Build audience segments, retargeting campaigns, and testing frameworks.
- Test creatives, messaging, offers, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Allocate budgets based on campaign performance.
3. E-commerce Growth
- Drive qualified traffic and customers to e-commerce websites.
- Analyze the journey from ad click to purchase and identify where customers drop off.
