About the Role
We are looking for a Car Rental Team Lead to oversee daily car rental operations, manage bookings, coordinate with drivers and vendors, and guide the team to deliver reliable customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage rental enquiries, quotations, bookings, and confirmations.
• Coordinate vehicle availability, driver assignments, and pickup/drop-off schedules.
• Supervise the team, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Liaise with car rental vendors to negotiate rates and maintain service standards.
• Handle customer complaints, booking changes, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate booking, billing, and payment records.




• Prepare reports on bookings, revenue, and service performance.

Requirements
• Previous experience in car rental, transport, or travel operations.
• Experience supervising a team or coordinating daily operations.
• Robust communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and booking management tools.
