HR Recruiter – US Logistics
Logistics Group of America (LGOA) is hiring an HR Recruiter for our US Logistics recruitment team.
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: 1–2 years
Shift: Day Shift
Job Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Logistics positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Manage candidate documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements




• 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in US Logistics, or international recruitment will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Willing to work from office in Mohali.
