We are looking for commercially sharp Sales Professionals at both the Junior and Senior levels who want to drive growth in the Workspace Transformation space, with experience in such related industry ( Workspace Design & Build). Deep understanding of the commercial fit-out and facility management market in South India.

You will work on end-to-end business development, engage with enterprise clients, and collaborate with internal design and projects teams to deliver competitive workspace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify, qualify,



and pursue new client opportunities across target sectors like Technology, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, and GCCs.
Sales Cycle Management: Support or own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations; build solid relationships with Admin Heads, Facility Managers, and corporate decision-makers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design and projects teams to ensure accurate, fast, and competitive proposal turnarounds.
Pipeline & Intelligence: Manage CRM updates, track market/competitor activity, and maintain proactive follow-up schedules.
Sales Support: Support senior leadership through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
