Job Description

Sales Compensation lead will report into the Manager of Sales Finance and will be responsible for deriving the commissions for direct, indirect and overlay sales roles on a global level including channel partner.

• Incent - Design and build end-to-end solutions, including complex rule writing, formulas, and logic configuration within the Xactly Incent workplace.

• Connect - Build and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, flat-file transfers, and API integrations using Xactly Connect.
