About Fixity EdX:
FIXITY EdX is an education and upskilling company offering career-focused programs for college students and graduates. We are expanding our offline presence with our own learning center in Vijayawada, with a capacity of approximately 100 students. We are looking for a highly experienced Center Head to take complete ownership of the center’s growth, admissions, revenue, operations, and profitability.

Role Overview
The Center Head will operate the Vijayawada center as a business owner within the organization. This is not a conventional academic or administrative role. The person will be responsible for building the center's student acquisition engine, converting leads into enrollments, creating local demand, managing the center team, improving customer experience, and ultimately taking the center to solid and sustainable profitability. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running an education, training, coaching,



or EdTech center and should understand how to build a center from the ground up. The person should also be experienced enough to bring proven center-management practices and help build the operating playbook that Fixity EdX can replicate across future locations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Profitability
Take complete ownership of the center’s monthly revenue and profitability. Build and execute a roadmap to reach monthly revenue goals, with the potential to scale significantly beyond this. Own admissions targets, revenue targets, collections, and center-level P&L.; Identify opportunities to improve revenue per student and overall center margins. Track and optimize key metrics including leads, walk-ins, counselling, conversions, enrollments, collections, and revenue.

2. Student Acquisition & Admissions
Develop and execute a strong local student acquisition strategy. Build a predictable admissions funnel for
