About the Role
Nomadists India is looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to manage travel enquiries, sales, customer communication and tour operations from enquiry to trip completion.
The ideal candidate should be sales-oriented, proactive, organised and passionate about travel, with the ability to handle customers as well as coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other travel suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle travel enquiries received through WhatsApp, website, social media, phone calls and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements, destination, dates, budget and preferences.
• Prepare customised itineraries and travel quotations.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Handle customer communication through WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs,



transport companies and activity suppliers.
• Obtain supplier quotations, compare rates and negotiate where required.
• Manage confirmed bookings and ensure all services are properly confirmed.
• Prepare vouchers, itineraries and pre-departure information.
• Track customer payments and required travel documents.
• Handle operational coordination before and during the customer's trip.
• Resolve routine customer and supplier issues and escalate important matters to management.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, bookings, payments and follow-ups.
• Conduct destination, hotel and package research.
• Assist in creating new travel packages and seasonal offers.
• Maintain daily task and sales activity updates.

Candidate Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or sales preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and solid sales ability may also apply.
