Role Description: Clear Dental Aligner Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for driving sales of Clear Castle’s aligner solutions. This role includes managing and growing relationships with dental clinics and partners, conducting product presentations and training sessions for dentists and clinic staff, and identifying new business opportunities in the local market.



The Sales Manager will track and analyze sales performance, build pipeline, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth case onboarding and high patient satisfaction. Day-to-day activities involve in-person client meetings, follow-ups on leads, negotiating commercial terms within guidelines, achieve sales target/quota and supporting clinics to increase Clear castle aligner adoption.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in B2B sales (Dental clinics), account management, and business development within the assigned territory
• Experience in relationship building
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for in-person and digital meetings.
• Ability to use CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track pipeline and sales performance.
