JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Site Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience in civil construction and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
• Check the quality of workmanship and ensure proper construction practices.
• Track daily work progress and coordinate activities according to project schedules.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and execution challenges to the project team.
• Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, material requirements, and progress updates.




• Coordinate with engineers and consultants for site inspections and technical clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project requirements.
• Monitor measurements and quantities and support basic site documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and a safe working environment at the project site.

REQUIREMENTS
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
• Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and construction details.
• Knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and workmanship.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workers, contractors, and day-to-day site activities.
• Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
