We believe AI should not sit separately from marketing. It should improve how teams research, think, create, sell, analyse and execute.
We are looking for someone who can own business growth, client relationships and AI-enabled workflows across the agency.
This is not a traditional sales role and it is not a conventional account-management role.
You should be comfortable speaking to founders and marketing leaders, managing client expectations, closing business and personally using AI tools to work faster and smarter.

What You Will Own• Generate and develop recent business opportunities through outbound, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery calls and understand client business problems independently.
• Create proposals, pitch narratives,



scope documents and commercial recommendations.
• Own follow-ups, negotiations and movement of opportunities towards closure.
• Become the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Conduct client review calls independently without requiring founder participation.
• Manage expectations around timelines, revisions, scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate design, content, SEO, performance, video and specialist resources.
• Work closely with the project coordinator to ensure briefs, feedback and timelines are properly documented.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support renewals and payment follow-ups.

AI Is a Core Part of This RoleYou should already be comfortable using AI hands-on rather than treating it as something only the creative team uses.
You will be expected to use AI for areas such as:
• Client and industry research
• Competitor analysis
• Proposal development
• Pitch
