Role Description The Polymer Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at GM Moulders’ facility in Changsari, Assam. The role involves overseeing polymer selection, formulation, and processing to ensure consistent material performance for moulded plastic furniture. Responsibilities include supervising facility, coordinating batch trials, implementing quality control and quality assurance procedures.



The Polymer Manager will collaborate with operations and procurement to optimize material usage, reduce defects, and support new product development. The role also requires maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental guidelines, and training team members on best practices in polymer handling and testing.
Qualifications
• Solid Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices, including inspection, documentation, and process improvement.
• Experience in polymer processing, plastics manufacturing, or related industrial production environments.
• Ability to maintain stock of granules.
• Ability to work on-site in Changsari, Assam and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in production and maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety standards, environmental regulations
