KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Core Recruitment Focus: Spend approximately 80% of working time on recruitment-related activities, including headhunting, candidate sourcing, outbound calling, and follow-ups.
• Outbound & Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound and cold calls to potential candidates.
• Headhunting: Carry out headhunting through available platforms, databases, and other relevant sources.
• Data Mining: Perform data mining and extract relevant candidate information from specified sources.
• Candidate Identification: Identify potential candidates based on specific job requirements.
• Proactive Engagement: Contact candidates proactively to understand their experience, current status, interest, and availability.
• Telephonic Screening: Screen candidates through telephonic conversations based on role requirements.
• Opportunity Pitching: Explain job roles, responsibilities, working conditions, and other relevant details to candidates.
• Candidate Convincing: Engage and convince suitable candidates to consider the opportunity and attend interviews.




• Follow-up Management: Follow up consistently with interested and shortlisted candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules and candidate availability with the team.
• International Accent Capability: Ability to understand and communicate with candidates from different countries and comfortably understand international accents, including Australian accents.
• Records & Communication: Maintain and update candidate information, recruitment trackers, and follow-up records. Handle candidate queries and ensure clear, skilled communication throughout all interactions.

PREFERRED PROFILE:•
Background Experience: Candidates with experience in BPO, Recruitment Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Customer Service, or other calling-based roles are encouraged to apply.
