Key Responsibilities
• Drive BDE activities focused on institutional tie-ups and business development.
• Generate and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with principals, counselors, management teams, and key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert institutional leads into meaningful collaborations.
• Conduct seminars,



presentations, workshops, and outreach activities for students and stakeholders.
• Promote Dream Catalyzer's services and programs across relevant institutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of institutional partnerships and outreach initiatives.
• Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and partnership progress to achieve business targets.
Eligibility & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; preferably in the EdTech and coaching industry.
• Strong communication, networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Robust presentation and seminar-conducting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for institutional meetings and outreach activities.
• Self-driven with a startup mindset.
Mandatory Requirements
• Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
• Personal laptop (BYOD Policy).
• Valid driving license preferred
