Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Executive position for a US Process, located in Rajarhat and scheduled primarily during night shifts. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and providing timely support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.



The executive will document and track customer issues, escalate complex cases as needed, and follow defined processes to meet service-level expectations. The position also includes working with internal teams to resolve problems, updating records accurately, and maintaining professional communication aligned with US business hours.
