Role Description We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive responsible for lead generation, prospect engagement, product demonstrations, deal closure, on-boarding, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of B2B/Inside/Field Sales experience with experience in meeting or exceeding targets.




• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, and the ability to work with data for reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with solid negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
• Prior experience in B2B sales or trading platforms is an advantage; experience in agri-commodities or industrial materials is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
