Job Overview
Crimson Energy Experts Private Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Consultant to support and coordinate engineering projects in the Defence / Government sector.
The Project Consultant will be responsible for supporting project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, project reviews, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, documentation, and project closure. The role requires solid project-management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Support project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely achievement of milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and expenditure monitoring.
• Participate in and support project review meetings.
• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.




• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and maintain systematic records of decisions and action points.
• Follow up with concerned stakeholders on action points and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare project status reports, MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and management updates.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for project reviews, client meetings, and management discussions.
• Draft formal letters, faxes, emails, notes, and other official project correspondence.
• Maintain and update project databases, records, trackers, documentation, and project files.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Support vendor coordination, commercial discussions, and cost negotiations.
• Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, deliverables, schedules, documentation, and pending activities.
