Job Description:
We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition campaigns across Meta (primary focus), Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
This role directly impacts high-ticket franchise and investment lead generation. You will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, optimisation, lead quality improvement, and revenue-driven scaling.
This is not a boosting ads role.
This is a performance and revenue ownership position.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Generate high-quality franchise and investment leads while optimising for CPL, CPQL, CAC, and ROAS.
• Structure full-funnel campaigns (Cold → Warm → Retargeting) for better conversion outcomes.
• Conduct market research to identify target segments, competitor positioning, and current growth opportunities.




• Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copies tailored to high-ticket audiences.
• Collaborate with the graphics design team to create high-performing creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand objections, drop-offs, and lead quality feedback, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
• Coordinate with CRM and automation teams to ensure proper lead tracking and funnel visibility.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Set up and manage tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, GTM, and UTM parameters.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate structured weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency and quality benchmarks.
