We are currently looking for a Design Architect / Mid-Level Architect / Senior Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our architectural design team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and coordinate architectural designs from concept through design development and detailed documentation.
• Prepare and develop plans, elevations, sections, details and presentation drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Work on master planning,



high-rise residential developments, luxury residential projects, mixed-use developments and other large-scale projects.
• Coordinate architectural drawings and design intent with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants.
• Review drawings and ensure design consistency, accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in design development, material selection, façade studies and architectural detailing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and other project stakeholders to resolve design and technical issues.
• Participate in design discussions, coordination meetings and project reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and assigned project deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Support the team in developing 3D models, presentations, visualisations and design documentation as required.
