Role Description The Business Development Manager – Softlines and Hardlines is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hosur, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities in softlines (such as textiles, apparel, and consumer goods)



and hardlines (such as metals, building materials, and industrial products) testing services. Day-to-day activities include nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and collaborating with technical teams to align service offerings with client needs. The role also involves managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, coordinating client visits and presentations, and tracking performance against revenue targets. The Business Development Manager works closely with management to support strategic growth initiatives and strengthen the company’s presence across relevant industries.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within laboratory testing, quality assurance, or related industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients
