Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities that align with KREO’s design and innovation offerings. In this full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, the individual will manage the entire sales cycle,



including prospecting, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across multiple industries, collaborating with design and project teams to shape compelling solutions, and ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business. The Business Development Manager will be expected to track market trends, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for leadership. Day-to-day activities also include attending client meetings, representing KREO at industry events as needed, and contributing to business development strategies that drive sustainable growth.
