Job Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent in the investment banking team will play a pivotal role in supporting senior bankers and will work with them in managing transactions from inception to completion. The candidate should have a strong background in financial analysis, pitches & collaterals preparation and diligence management with a robust desire to build expertise in Healthcare, Consumer & Consumer-tech and Manufacturing & Industrials sectors.
Origination Support
• Conduct industry research and financial analysis to identify potential transaction opportunities.
• Preparation of pitches and proposals to secure new business.
Transaction Management
• Play an important role in end-to-end execution, covering M&A;, Private Equity and Structured Finance transactions.
• Proactively anticipate potential questions, engage with the client on data requirements, carry out analysis and facilitate due diligence process
• Independently manage collateral development with minimal guidance from senior team members
• Prepare marketing materials including teasers, information memorandums and other presentations.
• Prepare detailed financial models, perform transaction and valuation analyses.
• Conduct in-depth research on potential buyers or investors (and targets on buy-side transactions).
