Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Hiring Telecaller Counselor / BDE / HR Recruiter. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to candidates and clients,



explaining job opportunities and training programs, and guiding applicants through the recruitment and counseling process. Daily responsibilities include sourcing profiles, screening and shortlisting candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate records in recruitment databases, and following up to ensure smooth onboarding. The position also includes supporting business development activities by engaging with corporate clients, sharing service offerings, and contributing to talent acquisition strategies. Collaboration with internal teams for reporting, meeting hiring targets, and providing a positive candidate experience is a key part of the role.
