• We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager – M&A; Deal Origination with a strong background in B2B business development, client acquisition, deal sourcing, and relationship management, along with relevant experience or robust knowledge of M&A;, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Deal Advisory.
• The role focuses on identifying potential sellers, buyers, investors, and acquisition opportunities, engaging founders and business owners, and generating qualified M&A; deal opportunities across Southeast Asia.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial mindset, proven experience in outbound business development, and a good understanding of M&A; transactions, business valuations, financial statements, and deal origination.
• Candidates with a business development background and relevant M&A; or investment banking knowledge are encouraged to apply. Direct investment banking execution experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate potential M&A;, fundraising, business acquisition, and investment opportunities.
• Research,



identify, and approach founders, business owners, sellers, buyers, investors, and senior decision-makers.
• Drive outbound business development through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, business owners, investors, and intermediaries.
• Conduct initial discussions to understand business profiles, financial performance, valuation expectations, and transaction objectives.
• Qualify potential deals based on revenue, profitability, EBITDA, business valuation, transaction intent, and readiness.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified M&A; opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-ups and lead progression.
• Coordinate qualified opportunities with the investment banking and transaction advisory teams.
