Spacewood is expanding rapidly with an ambitious 100+ store rollout across India, and we’re looking for an experienced Retail Project Execution leader to take end-to-end ownership of executing Spacewood’s expanding retail store network.
What you’ll own:
• End-to-end execution of multiple retail stores—from design handover to store opening.
• Multi-city rollout, project planning, timelines & site execution.
• Civil, interiors, electrical, HVAC, MEP, flooring, ceiling, signage & fire safety.
• Last-mile delivery, site installation and final store readiness.
• Contractor/vendor management, cost control & negotiations.
• Quality, value engineering, standardization and minimizing rework.
• Building scalable, standardized processes for 100+ store expansion.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 15+ years in retail project execution / interior fit-outs / construction.
✔️ Proven experience in large-scale, multi-store retail rollouts.
✔️ Robust technical & commercial project execution expertise.
✔️ Excellent vendor management, planning, negotiation & problem-solving skills.
✔️ Willingness to travel extensively across India.
✔️ Engineering / Architecture / Construction / Project Management qualification preferred.
