About the RoleWe are looking for an execution-driven Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations and lead the field logistics team responsible for procuring and moving pre-owned two-wheelers.
Key Responsibilities• Manage daily warehouse operations and vehicle movement.
• Lead, train, and monitor Logistics Executives.
• Plan daily vehicle pickups and field activities.
• Manage vehicle receiving, documentation, inventory, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Track TAT, productivity,
attendance, and operational performance.
• Ensure warehouse discipline, vehicle security, and SOP compliance.
• Handle operational escalations and prepare MIS reports.
Requirements• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
• Field team management experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of inventory and vehicle movement.
• Valuable leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience in automotive, mobility, e-commerce, or logistics is preferred.
