We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business acquisition and growth for our Logistics Aggregation and D2C shipping solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, acquiring, onboarding, and managing D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, online merchants, and businesses requiring logistics, shipping, and fulfilment solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the D2C logistics ecosystem and proven experience in acquiring and onboarding clients and generating shipping volumes.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire recent D2C and e-commerce clients.
• Identify and generate business opportunities through cold calling, references, LinkedIn, digital channels, field visits, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective D2C brands and e-commerce businesses.
• Understand client requirements related to shipment volume, COD/Prepaid, weight profile, pincodes, RTO, delivery performance, and logistics cost.




• Present and sell the company's logistics aggregation and shipping solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding and activation.
• Negotiate commercials, pricing, and service terms with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Drive initial and recurring shipment volumes from newly acquired clients.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for volume expansion and cross-selling.
• Monitor competitor pricing, services, and market developments.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client, and onboarding information in CRM/internal systems.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and shipment-volume targets.
