We are looking for Psychologists with a PhD in Developmental Psychology, Child Development, or a closely related field to contribute their expertise to a project at the intersection of psychology and technology.
In this role, you'll apply your domain expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI systems. Your knowledge will help shape how AI models learn, reason, and respond through high-quality, real-world input.
No prior AI experience is required — your expertise in developmental psychology is what matters. This prospect is particularly suited for professionals with a background in research or academic work related to child development or developmental psychology, with or without direct clinical experience.
Scope of Work:
Evaluate, review, and annotate datasets related to child development and developmental psychology for AI training.
Provide detailed feedback on the accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and developmental relevance of data and AI-generated outputs.
Contribute expert analysis to scenarios, test cases,
and real-world situations involving children's learning and behavior.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support model improvements and ensure psychological integrity in AI interactions.
Create or refine guidelines to help AI systems better address linguistic, cognitive, and psychosocial aspects of child development across diverse backgrounds.
Document findings and recommendations clearly to support ongoing AI research and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or a closely related field.
Experience in research or academic work related to child development is highly preferred.
Experience with technology-driven, digital, or AI-focused projects is desirable but not required.
Comfortable working remotely and independently using digital platforms.
Proficiency in Bengali is preferred.
