We are looking for a proactive Account Executive / Account Manager with strong analytical and client management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams - ensuring projects run smoothly, client expectations are met, and opportunities for growth are identified. You’ll be responsible for staying on top of follow-ups (FU) with your assigned accounts, maintaining consistent communication, and supporting clients with insights and analysis to drive business outcomes.

We are about 650+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Stay on top of follow-ups (FU) for all current accounts — ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
• Schedule and conduct daily client meetings / check-ins,



maintaining strong and transparent communication.
• Track, analyze, and report on account performance, key metrics, and project progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, tech, and design) to ensure client objectives are met on time.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and up-selling / cross-selling CodeVyasa’s services.
• Maintain detailed documentation of communications, deliverables, and feedback.
• Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing trends and providing actionable insights.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Analysis (preferably in IT / tech services).
• Robust analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present
