Role Description The Co-Founder will lead and shape RxGPT’s strategic direction, working closely with the founding team to build and scale an AI-driven healthcare operations platform. This full time remote role involves driving product strategy, validating market needs with hospital stakeholders,



and translating insights into actionable roadmaps. The Co-Founder will engage directly with health systems and clinic leadership, build relationships, and support sales efforts from discovery through deployment. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining the go-to-market strategy, overseeing key partnerships, guiding data-driven decision making, and helping establish operational processes for a fast-growing startup. The role also includes representing the company externally, supporting fundraising activities, and building a high-performing, inclusive culture.
