Job Description – Data Analyst

Job Summary

Analyze structured and semi-structured data to provide actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and cloud data platforms.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.
• Write advanced SQL queries and perform data validation.
• Extract and transform JSON/NoSQL data from MongoDB.
• Create KPIs, reports, and business insights.

Required Skills

• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB
• Analytics: Advanced SQL, Excel, Python (Pandas), BigQuery (Preferred)
• Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Metabase
• MongoDB: Aggregation Pipeline, Compass, JSON document analysis.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in Data Analytics with experience working on both relational databases and MongoDB datasets.
• BFSI/FinTech preferred.
