What You’ll Do• Support daily operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, CRED and other leading Ecommerce and Qcommerce platforms.
• Assist in creating and refining product listings to ensure accuracy and high-quality presentation.
• Track sales performance and share insights to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns, promotions and appointments.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and customer reviews to maintain smooth marketplace operations.
• Help resolve customer queries and ensure seamless order flow.
What We’re Looking For• 1+ year of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management.
• Basic understanding of digital sales strategies and quick commerce models.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across platforms.
• Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
