Role Summary:
The Sponsorship & Fundraising Manager will lead all fundraising and sponsorship
activities for university events — including fests, conferences, cultural programs, sports
events, conclaves, and student initiatives. The role requires independently sourcing,
pitching, closing sponsorships, and executing events without internal operational
support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure corporate sponsorships across industries.
• Create proposal decks, sponsorship packages, and brand integration plans.
• Build and maintain a sponsor pipeline and long-term relationships.
• Plan and execute sponsored events independently (vendors, logistics, branding).
• Ensure sponsor deliverables and timely closure of contracts and documentation.
• Prepare post-event reports and ROI summaries.
Candidate Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in sponsorship sales, fundraising, or corporate partnerships.
• Strong corporate network and proven closure record.
• Ability to execute events independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Solid multi-event handling and on-ground execution capabilities.
