Remoat Teams is recruiting experienced recruitment process outsourcing leaders for paid expert consultations on behalf of our client
We want to speak with people who have built, sold or run RPO services and can share first-hand experience of which customers buy, how engagements are priced and what makes delivery profitable
Who we’re looking for
• RPO founders, executives, business-unit heads and commercial or delivery leaders who personally won, priced or ran client accounts
• Experience with high-volume hiring in contact centres, BPOs, telecoms, logistics, retail, hospitality, manufacturing or similar sectors
• Responsibility for service scope, delivery costs, account profitability or customer selection
We also welcome senior talent-acquisition leaders who have bought and managed RPO services for high-volume hiring
What we’d discuss
• Which customers buy RPO, who owns the budget and what triggers a purchase
• What clients outsource, how providers price it and what drives costs and margins
• How providers win their first mandates, and why some accounts succeed while others struggle
The process
This is a short-term expert research engagement, conducted remotely. We’ll review applications and invite suitable experts to a brief introductory call to confirm fit and logistics. Selected experts will then be invited to a paid consultation, with the scope and fee agreed in advance. The substantive research discussion takes place during the paid consultation
