Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility and Fundraising Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kargahar. This position is responsible for designing and implementing CSR initiatives that align with ShikshaNova’s mission of improving soft skills and digital literacy among students.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential donors and corporate partners, preparing project proposals, managing fundraising campaigns and events, and maintaining long-term relationships with supporters. The role also involves coordinating employee engagement activities with partner organizations, monitoring project impact, preparing reports for stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective execution of CSR and fundraising strategies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement skills to design impactful initiatives and collaborate with partner organizations.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Analytical Skills to plan, implement, track, and optimize CSR projects and fundraising programs.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to pitch proposals, prepare reports, engage stakeholders, and represent the foundation
