About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and interview coordination.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
• Maintain candidate and employee records.
• Assist with joining formalities and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with interns and employees regarding HR-related activities.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly HR reports.
• Assist the HR team with general administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Ability to work from the office in Raipur.
