About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and resourceful Operations Executive to manage
day-to-day business operations and customer support. This is a hands-on role covering order
fulfilment, inventory, logistics, B2B coordination, customer queries and other operational
requirements.

Applicants must be fluent in English and able to speak Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day customer support across calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels, including
order queries, delivery issues, returns, replacements and customer follow-ups.
• Monitor inventory and stock movements and ensure timely replenishment across different locations
and fulfilment partners.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, dispatches, stock transfers and day-to-day logistics with relevant
partners.
• Manage B2B orders from confirmation through successful delivery, including necessary customer
and distributor coordination.
• Maintain operational records,



trackers and basic reconciliations, and coordinate with vendors,
logistics partners and internal teams as required.
• Take ownership of day-to-day operational issues and other business requirements, ensuring tasks
are followed through to completion.

Skills & Expectations
• Fluent in English and able to speak Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
• Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to independently take ownership of tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software and other business tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity, research and documentation.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.
