Role Description The Barista role at Dolci is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and café-style drinks to guests, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for light snacks and desserts, maintaining cleanliness of the service area,



and following safety and hygiene standards. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and provide friendly, efficient customer service, helping create a welcoming café experience. The role also involves working closely with the team to manage peak hours, restock supplies, and support smooth café operations.
