About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Associate / Program Advisor to join our US Sales team.
The role involves engaging with working professionals in the US market, understanding their learning and upskilling requirements, and driving conversions through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities• Engage with potential customers in the US market through company-generated leads and outbound calls.
• Understand prospects' career, learning, and upskilling requirements.
• Nurture leads through consistent calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Recommend relevant professional learning and upskilling programs.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and drive sales closures.
• Schedule qualified prospects for webinars, counselling sessions, and appointments.
• Maintain accurate lead information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Counselling, and other internal teams.




• Consistently achieve calling, follow-up, appointment-setting, conversion, and revenue targets.

Requirements• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Program Advisory, or Education Sales.
• Experience in EdTech, Upskilling, Qualified Training, Online Learning, or Career Education is preferred.
• Candidates from organizations such as Great Learning, Interview Kickstart, Simplilearn, upGrad, Scaler, Emeritus, NIIT, Coursera, or similar EdTech/upskilling companies are preferred.
• Experience handling US/international customers will be an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working in a US/night shift.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/lead managemen
